Fleet Management Certificate Program
Overview
AfMA is dedicated to the promotion of excellence in Fleet Management through its Fleet Management Certificate and Scholarship Programs. To be qualify for the Fleet Management Certificate, applicants must show evidence of completion of a Graduate Certificate in Business or Management from any accredited Australian University or Business School and submit a Fleet Management Project for assessment by an independent panel of industry experts.
To encourage Fleet Managers to further their knowledge, one scholarship of $6,000 is available in 2010 to assist a candidate in completing the four the four units which make up the Graduate Certificate.
Who can apply?
The Fleet Management Certificate is open to all AfMA Members. The Scholarship is open to all AfMA Members who have not yet taken up graduate study.
What fees are involved?
Candidates are responsible for enrollment and any fees associated with the Graduate Certificate. A fee of $250 is payable to AfMA on submission of the Fleet Management Project.
Important Dates
Applications for the Fleet Management Certificate do not have a closing date. Members who have already completed a Graduate Certificate can apply for the Fleet Management Certificate by submitting evidence of their Graduate Certificate and results with the Application Form and an outline of their proposed project.
The deadline for applications for the 2010 Scholarship is Monday 30 November. Applicants will be notified of the Selection Committee's decision by Tuesday 8 December. The successful applicant must begin their study in the first semester of 2010.
