Legislative Update: Chain of Responsibility and Grey Fleet

This first fleet forum for 2013 will cover the implications of two important legal areas of concern for any organisation with fleet.

Who Should Attend

Fleet Managers, Chief Operations Officers, Chief Executive Officers or anyone involved with the management, risk management or legislative compliance of fleet. This session will be ideal for those who may not directly manage a fleet, but need to understand the wider legislative implications of its operations.

Key Changes for Tasmania: What is changing? What is staying the same? Key issues for fleet managers.

Since 1998, David has held state government roles in Queensland and Tasmania relating to the Australian Road Rules, heavy vehicle management, Intelligent Transport Systems, smartcard driver licences, road safety policy, and organisational development. David is currently the Tasmanian project manager for the implementation of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator and the Heavy Vehicle National Law. David holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Tasmania.
