How spending a little more on new technologies affects resale prices. Does the price premium at purchase translate into a premium at the end of a vehicles life?
Mark has 20 years’ experience in the Automotive Remarketing industry with extensive direct involvement with the specialist sectors of the motor manufacturers, rental companies and fleet operators. Having been at the forefront of online applications and sales channels being introduced into the Australian market, he has unique experience and insight in these evolving technologies and their application.
Michael Males
Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources
The phasing out of registration labels for light vehicles will provide a higher level of customer service and increase efficiencies for Tasmanian motorists. Transport Inspectors, Department of Infrastructure Energy and Resources (DIER) staff and Tasmania Police have access to advanced technology (e.g. Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras) to detect unregistered vehicles, meaning that the label is not required to show a vehicle is registered.
