Queensland Professional Development Forums
The Australasian Fleet Management Association organises a Professional Development Forum program for Queensland throughout 2017. These events include discussions on topics chosen by the Chapter Committees based on Members needs. They are an ideal way of staying abreast of topical issues, networking with fellow fleet managers, connecting with potential clients, entertaining and reaffirming existing clients or taking the first step in discovering what it is like to be an AfMA Member. We encourage you to contact the office if you have any questions about this event.
Who Should Attend
Fleet managers, fleet coordinators, fleet administrators and any individual working to manage an organisation's vehicles. You should also bring your upper management team, so they'll be aware of the issues you face and need to plan for in the future.
ACCELERATE GOOD TIMES
Presented by: Kristian Handberg
Kristian leads Electric Vehicle product development for AGL Energy. An engineer and project manager specialising in advanced vehicle and telemetry tech, he delivered the Victorian Government Electric Vehicle Trial and is connected into the global EV market – not hard to see why we got him involved in the 2016 Fleet Conference.
You’ll get a snapshot of the current market in Australia along with what’s on the horizon, and most importantly, practical advice on what you should do about it. You’ll learn how to create your own fleet policy involving plug-in vehicles, and receive guidance on how to successfully deploy your strategy into the field.
Brisbane wants to be Australia’s next world city. Britain, Germany, The Netherlands, New Zealand – even Romania – are moving towards EVs. Get along to our first Queensland PDF and have the answer when asked when and how to electrify your fleet.
