Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Memberships calculated on a pro rata basis?

No – all Memberships are valid for one year from the date of payment.

What happens if I pay my renewal late?

There is a one month grace period for all renewals during which you can still access the website and take advantage of Member pricing for events. Membership renewals that are received within 90 days of the expiry date will be renewed using the original expiry date.

Can I access a list of all AfMA Members?

To maintain the privacy of our Members and reduce unsolicited mail, AfMA does not circulate contact lists of any kind. A list of Member organisations is available at the back of the current Annual Report. General comments and questions can be communicated to Members via the Fleet Communities. Supplier Members can update their own Supplier Directory listing as often as required to ensure Members have access to the latest product and service offerings.

How can I get help or advice on a fleet related issue?

Members can post questions on Fleet Communities or can submit a Peer Network enquiry via the website. AfMA can put Members in touch with others who have experience in a particular area and provide general information. As an independent Association, we do not recommend or endorse any product or service but we can assist Members with contacting suppliers within the AfMA Membership.
